The Farnham rental is a 2 bed/1 bath ~1200 sqft house with a huge 1 acre yard for all the space you need. It has a storage shed, workshop, and trailer, more than enough space to keep your extra belongings. There is also a carport you would have access to.
We started renovation of the house in December of 2019. The kitchen, bathroom, and hardwood floors are brand new and refinished. We removed a wall between the kitchen and living room, along with an old wood-stove chimney that no longer served a purpose. We relocated the refrigerator and range, added a dishwasher and microwave, and added a washer/dryer for laundry.
