Homeplace Designs is a small family business that specializes in home renovations in the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsulas. The houses we renovate have character and are renovated into a contemporary household. They utilize open floor plans, sound systems, and modern fixtures for easy entertaining and a ‘Big-Feel.’

Homeplace Designs’ vision goes beyond simply renovating a house. We are committed to creating a homeplace. We change the layout to make them inviting, allowing free movement from room-to-room. Although we renovate everything in our houses (from the windows to the crawlspace), we pay special attention to the kitchens and bathrooms to make them picture-perfect.
